The role: Senior FP&A Manager – Treasury & Working Capital

Cash is at the heart of every airline, and this role plays a key part in helping British Airways understand, forecast and manage it effectively. Sitting within our Finance team, you'll lead cashflow and working capital forecasting, turning complex data into clear insights that support decision-making across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders across BA and the wider IAG Group, this is an opportunity to influence how we plan for the future and keep our business moving forward. What you'll do:

• Lead the cashflow and working capital forecasting process, including reporting and analysis.
• Review, challenge and consolidate forecasts to improve accuracy and insight.
• Partner with Finance, Treasury, Tax and Fleet teams across BA and IAG.
• Forecast overseas cash balances and support foreign currency cash management activities.
• Explain cashflow performance and movements to Finance and non-Finance stakeholders.
• Improve forecasting processes through smarter, more data-driven approaches.
• Promote best practice across Finance and help build capability within the team.

What you'll bring to British Airways:

You'll enjoy working with people across different teams, translating financial information into clear, practical insight. We're looking for someone who is collaborative, proactive and always keen to find better ways of doing things. An interest in using data to uncover opportunities and improve decision-making will be important too!
