CallBA is a key part of the British Airways network. Based in Gurgaon and Noida, India, more than 2,000 colleagues use their knowledge, expertise and passion for service to support customers before, during and after their travels.
This year, CallBA celebrates its 20th anniversary, having grown into a thriving team supporting customers around the globe.
Over the past two decades, colleagues have helped shape memorable experiences for millions of customers while building skills, friendships and rewarding careers of their own.
