Inspiring a world of opportunity
The Inspire Programme aims to motivate the next generation of talent by giving them a taste of work and the aviation industry. It’s an award-winning programme that’s a useful stepping-stone between education and starting a career.
We introduce young people to workplace etiquette, develop their soft skills and show them how we lead the way in challenging perceptions and breaking down stereotypes.
We’re looking for the next generation of visionary pioneers to help drive change and innovation, and become world-class Cabin Crew, Pilots and Engineers. Choose from many opportunities below.
Our Work Experience Programme introduces 3 key areas of our airline to students, proving that there is truly a career for everyone in the aviation industry. Our placements are a mix of virtual and in person, typically four days long and students become valued team members for their time with us.
Our hybrid work experience programme focuses on our key areas for emerging talent opportunities: Engineering, Business and Airport Operations.
