The role: Cabin Crew Support Manager

As a Cabin Crew Support Manager, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for delivering effective support, operational readiness and workforce insight across Cabin Crew. You’ll balance the needs of our people with operational priorities, using strong leadership, coaching and judgement to build capability, recognise great performance and address performance challenges. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business, you’ll manage resources effectively, strengthen operational resilience and create an environment where colleagues are supported to perform at their best and make informed decisions about their development and careers. 

You’ll also bring together people, data and systems to improve how Cabin Crew support is delivered. You’ll turn workforce and operational data into meaningful insight and practical action plans, find opportunities to improve efficiency and ways of working, and take ownership for improving and maintaining crew-related systems and processes. You’ll be a confident communicator and collaborator, comfortable using digital tools including Microsoft 365, Power BI and Power Automate, with the resilience, curiosity and creative thinking to solve problems, influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced operational environment.
