Black Leaders Awareness Day provides an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the contributions of Black leaders across business, aviation, communities and wider society.

Leadership is shaped by a range of experiences, perspectives and ideas. Diverse leadership teams bring different viewpoints to the table, helping organisations make better decisions, drive innovation and create environments where people can thrive. Through our Inclusion Starts with I strategy, we are committed to creating an inclusive culture where colleagues are respected, valued and empowered to be themselves. This commitment is supported by our colleague network group, BeMe, a community created to support and empower ethnic minority colleagues to connect, develop and thrive.
