The role:

Reward Analyst – Pay (12 month FTC)

The Reward team plays an important role in supporting fair, competitive and effective reward activity across British Airways. As Reward Analyst-Pay, you'll provide analytical support across global reward, helping the team use data, market insight and market trends to support key pay and reward decisions.

Working closely with the Head of Pay and wider Reward team, you'll support reward activity across the business through analysis, reporting, benchmarking and project work. If you enjoy working with data, spotting trends and turning information into useful insights, this is a great opportunity to build your reward expertise within one of the world's most recognised airlines.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the delivery of global pay and reward activity across British Airways.
  • Analyse reward data and provide insights to support decision making.
  • Produce reports, presentations, salary benchmarking analysis and survey submissions.
  • Support reward projects and help improve reward processes.
  • Administer reward policies and support colleagues with reward-related queries.
  • Monitor market trends and legislative changes that may impact reward.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external suppliers.

What You'll Bring to British Airways:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to draw insights from data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good judgement and confidence handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • A flexible approach and a willingness to learn.
  • An interest in reward, market trends and finding better ways of working.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • University Degree in Business/Numerical subject.
  • Professional Qualification (or part qualified) CIPD
  • Experience of People policies. (essential)
  • Experience of Reward policies. (essential)
  • Expert level skills in Microsoft and AI applications. (essential)
  • Excellent numeracy and communication skills, both written and verbal. (essential)
