The role:
The Role: QA Engineer
Join our BA Digital team as a QA Engineer and help bring Agile change to life. You'll champion quality across our product teams, collaborating closely with developers and automation engineers to deliver high-value, high-quality digital solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Define and drive testing strategies across Agile teams, from manual to automation.
Be a quality advocate, shaping testing best practices and ensuring accessibility standards.
Engage in every part of the development cycle, using tools like JIRA, Zephyr, Selenium, and Jenkins.
Mentor others, identify process improvements, and lead with a Shift Left mindset.
What You’ll Bring to British Airways:
Strong Agile testing experience and a collaborative approach.
Skills in automation frameworks (Selenium), test tooling, and programming (Java or Groovy).
A keen eye for detail, problem-solving mindset, and excellent stakeholder engagement.
