BA Cityflyer
BA Cityflyer offers flights from London City Airport to popular destinations right across Europe and the UK, from Edinburgh to Venice. Located just east of Canary Wharf, the airline serves a niche business and leisure market. With a smaller team based here, BA Cityflyer colleagues enjoy the ‘family feel’ they experience working from this single-terminal airport
BA Euroflyer
BA Euroflyer is the newest member of the British Airways family. Launched in 2022, the airline operates from Gatwick Airport and currently flies to around 30 short-haul destinations across Europe including Amsterdam, Santorini, and Marrakech. This is an airline where you’ll be able to create a real impact, right from the moment you join.

CallBA
CallBA is our team of highly-trained colleagues offering round-the-clock support to British Airways customers across the world. Based at our new call centre in Gurugram, near Delhi, our 1,400 staff operate a cloud-based telephone system, call-flow management technology and a live chat function through BA.com to deliver our renowned customer service.
Gatwick Ground Services (GGS)
Gatwick Ground Services provide a full range of turnaround and ground handling services to British Airways’ busy operation at Gatwick Airport. This includes front of house, gate, ramp, baggage handling and aircraft cleaning. A wholly-owned subsidiary of British Airways, their teams handle over 50,000 movements per year.
