Wellbeing
We want our people to be at their best. That’s why we’re committed to helping colleagues feel good, not just while they’re at work, but when they’re at home too. It benefits them as individuals, as well as us as a company.
We’re supporting colleagues’ physical, mental, and financial health, enabling them to live a healthy, balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
Wellbeing is embraced by our leaders, championed by our employee network groups, and supported by our external partners, including Business in the Community and the National Forum for Health and Wellbeing at Work.
