Women in Tech
We know that diverse teams perform better. That’s true of every area of British Airways. It's one of the reasons why our company has committed to equal gender representation in senior leadership roles by 2030, or sooner. We're making great progress, and as part of that journey we’re taking steps to increase the number of women in Digital, Tech and Data roles. Our Women in Tech initiative is focused on helping to remove barriers to progression, and we’re already creating gender diverse shortlists when it comes to recruitment.
