The Role: Head of Revenue Delivery
Our Commercial team at British Airways has an excellent opportunity to join as Head of Revenue Delivery. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will drive revenue growth, leading a team of professionals to define and execute pricing and inventory strategies based on in-depth market analysis.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a revenue delivery team to optimise revenue across multiple markets.
- Maximise commercial revenue from fares, ancillary products, and redemption offerings in assigned markets.
- Assess market opportunities using internal and external data, including economic and competitive insights.
- Define market-driven strategies to enhance pricing and demand management for maximum revenue impact.
- Contribute to revenue forecasting by providing key market assumptions and data insights.
- Track and assess performance against key revenue and demand indicators, taking proactive corrective actions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Network Optimisation team, to capitalise on revenue opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Engage with Joint Business Partners to ensure alignment on pricing and product strategies.
What You’ll Bring to British Airways:

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, pressurised environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Your Experience:
- Senior-level commercial aviation experience, ideally in Revenue Management.
- A strong track record of driving revenue growth and implementing commercial strategies.
- Experience in decision-making under pressure and delivering beneficial change.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey insights to senior stakeholders.
- A data-driven approach, leveraging analytical tools to optimise revenue performance.
