The role: Manager Global Campaigns [12 Month Fixed Term- MAT cover]
Are you an experienced marketer looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career and work on some of the best briefs in the business? If so, we are looking for someone with extensive campaign management experience to join our Marketing department and lead all aspects of our marketing campaigns globally.
In your role as Global Campaigns Manager, you will lead a dynamic portfolio of work from building a compelling brand story to commercially led activity that drives business performance.
What you will be doing?
- Setting the direction for campaign creation that drives market leading content
- Develop all omnichannel campaigns working with our agency partners to creative outstanding creative work
- Developing the media strategy for campaigns and allocating budgets
- Work closely with the Global Media Manager to integrate latest innovation into marketing campaigns
- Partner with cross channel stakeholders to maximise the reach of our communications
- Lead a team of impactful campaign managers in the UK and internationally
What we are looking for?
- A natural leader able to think strategically, who can translate insights into deliverable recommendations
- Ability to balance customer and commercial drivers to deliver effective campaigns
- Strong creative judgement, confident in appraising ideas and feeding back to agencies
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills with the ability to translate the complex into clear, simple messages
- Someone who is self-directed and can work comfortably with ambiguity
- Portfolio management including prioritisation and trade-offs
- Strong budget management skills
