British Airways Holidays

Our colleagues and customers are at the heart of everything we do.

Who we are

At British Airways Holidays, we don’t just sell holidays — we create memories. Whether it’s handpicked hotels, curated car hire, or unforgettable experiences, we help our customers make the most of their time away. And it all starts with our people.

We’re a thriving business, passionate about travel and part of IAG Loyalty, the people behind the global loyalty currency, Avios. Each business has its own goals, strategy and team, but collectively we share a purpose to create the world’s most rewarding experiences for our customers through holidays, loyalty programmes and new products.

We’re on a bold journey of growth and transformation, and Iberia will play a pivotal role in our future success. As part of this exciting next phase, we’re building a Madrid based team to shape, grow, and elevate our Iberia offering — creating something new, impactful, and built for long term success.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a permanent Yield & Pricing Manager to work in Madrid. Reporting into the Head of Holidays Spain, you will own the pricing strategy for our Iberia market. Accountable for understanding, anticipating and reacting to consumer behaviour and competitor analysis. For you to maximise profitability through the management of prices.

You’ll be joining a newly created team where systems, processes, and ways of working are being designed from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to help build something new — bringing an open mind, a passion for shaping how things are done, and the energy and resilience to thrive through change and deliver impact.

This isn’t just about managing delivery – it’s about building something lasting.

What you will be doing

  • Own end-to-end accountability for pricing strategy and execution across the Iberia market, ensuring sustainable profitability.
  • Analyse, anticipate, and respond to consumer behaviour and competitor dynamics to optimise pricing and maximise yield.
  • Lead detailed competitor price analysis, translating market intelligence into clear pricing actions and recommendations.
  • Review and interrogate booking, web, and performance data to assess destination performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Generate, implement, and evaluate price changes, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and market conditions.
  • Dive into data and external market activity when required, challenging assumptions and providing evidence-based recommendations to the business.
  • Partner closely with Product and Marketing teams to deliver data-led insights that inform commercial and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with the UK-based Yield team, operating confidently in English as the primary business language with UK stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in pricing and revenue management, ideally within the travel or leisure sector.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, enabling you to collaborate confidently with teams and stakeholders across Spain and the UK.
  • The ability to operate comfortably at both strategic and operational levels — setting direction while also getting into the detail, building reports, and turning data into clear commercial actions.
  • Able to build and shape ways of working for a newly established team.
  • Strong people leadership skills, with experience managing, coaching, and developing  high performance.
  • An open-minded, adaptable approach, with a genuine appetite for change and continuous improvement.
  • A high level of independence and ownership, able to manage delivery autonomously and drive results.
  • Flexibility to travel to the UK to work closely with the UK-based Yield team and key stakeholders.

What we can offer you

Rewarding success: Earn an attractive annual bonus, based on both company and individual performance.

Time to recharge: Enjoy 23 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays and 2 paid charity days to support causes that matter to you. With the option to buy or sell 5 more.

Work with flexibility:

  • Enjoy up to 20 days working in Europe a calendar year under our hybrid working policy.
  • Work two days in the office and three from home

Health covered: Access private healthcare at attractive opt-in rates.

Travel perks that go the distance:

  • Unlimited standby and premium standby fares for you and your nominees (on the BA network and partner airlines) from day one
  • Exclusive global travel industry discounts, including flights, hotels, rail, cruises and tour operators

Future-focused benefits:

  • Life assurance for peace of mind
  • Cycle-to-work scheme
  • Daily meal vouchers
  • A range of flexible benefits to opt into, including our Avios salary sacrifice scheme

This role is based in the Iberia offices in Madrid, with a hybrid working pattern that includes at least two days per week in the office and the remainder working from home. You’ll spend time in the UK, starting with initial office based training alongside our UK Yield team, followed by ad hoc travel for collaboration and key meetings.
