The role:

Finance Associate

Salary: £33,000-£38,000 (no visa sponsorship available for this role)

Join the Finance team at BA Euroflyer, based at London Gatwick, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the airline’s financial future. This is a fun, dynamic, and proactive team—leading innovation and best practice across BA Group Finance. We operate in a fast-paced, evolving, and rapidly growing environment, supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring financial strength across the business.

What you’ll do:

This reporting-focused role supports the Finance Business Partners (FBPs) in maintaining strong financial controls and delivering accurate, timely insights. Responsibilities include validating supplier forecasts, managing actuals and balance sheet data, supporting forecasting, and ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring the team delivers its objectives while maintaining control of the finances.

What you’ll bring to British Airways:

Your experience:

Only applications with an AAT qualification, relevant degree or qualified by experience will be considered.
