The Role: Technical Helpdesk Delivery

Join our dedicated Commercial team at British Airways as part of the Technical Helpdesk Delivery function. This front-line role is ideal for enthusiastic individuals looking to launch their career in a dynamic support environment, delivering high-quality technical assistance to our business partners through the NDC Helpdesk service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide first-line helpdesk support to internal and external customers through single-touch Level 1 resolution.
  • Manage registrations, PIN requests, and general enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely support for NDC access across all connections.
  • Offer clear guidance on integration best practices, helping customers navigate technical processes with confidence.
  • Communicate in a clear, empathetic, and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to agreed service levels.
  • Follow established internal processes while continuously seeking ways to improve service delivery.

What You’ll Bring to British Airways:

  • Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical information for diverse audiences.
  • An ability to remain resilient and positive under pressure, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.

Your Experience:

  • Ideally, experience in a helpdesk, technical support, airline reservations/ticketing, or IT customer-facing role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fresh graduates with a passion for customer service and technology are encouraged to apply.
