The role: PERFORMANCE & ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

Based at John F Kennedy Airport, New York.

The pay range for this role is $99,621 to $121,759 USD.

As Performance and Engagement Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our people operations at JFK, working closely with our Airport Managers and HR teams to deliver excellence in performance and attendance management.

Your understanding of effective working union relationships and U.S HR practices will be vital as you support our teams in navigating British Airways' Employment Guidelines and Collective Bargaining Agreement.

If so, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining high levels of engagement amongst our 200+ employees at JFK, ensuring our values are visible throughout the operation.

The ideal candidate will come with a proven background in HR leadership and a history of performance management in unionised environments.

As a visible leader at our busiest US operation, your natural ability to demonstrate resilience, communicate clearly and honestly whilst maintaining the highest standards of integrity will be essential in this role.
