The role:

Safety & Compliance Manager (12 Month Fixed Term Contract )

What you’ll do:

You will manage a team of colleagues who handle Safety and Compliance within Engineering, as required to support the BA airline operation. This could be through Compliance checking audits, the management of engineer approvals & licenses, management of the various approvals held by BA engineering, leading and conducting Safety investigations and any outcomes arising.

A the highest safety & continuous improvement mentality, with a strive to transform engineering into an outstanding organisation

Your experience:

You will have a significant knowledge of Continuing Airworthiness regulations, combined with immense knowledge and experience of Maintenance Repair Organisations. The ability to become the EASA/CAA Form 4 holder for Compliance and Safety is critical.
