The role:

This is a varied and challenging role in a fast paced, dynamic learning environment operating up to 365 days per year. You will be responsible to deliver quality oversight and improving compliance in the delivery of Ground Operations Customer and Ramp Handling training.

As a quality assurer you will be responsible for a range of quality and compliance monitoring activities across the airport training functions. You will coach, mentor and assess the Airport Training Team of trainers, and ensure that both the design and delivery of training meets all applicable requirements.  As a pivotal member of the airport quality and compliance team, you will contribute to developing training procedures, practices and materials that are of the highest quality. Your oversight will be key to delivering thousands of safe, competent, and confident airport colleagues to the operation each month.
