The role: GLOBAL LEARNING ACADEMY TRAINER - BELOW WING

Airport and Crew Training, within the Global Learning Academy (GLA), has an exciting opportunity for experienced facilitators to join our team of trainers working in a fast-paced and thriving environment.

As a GLA Trainer your role will to be to facilitate engaging and impactful learning that equips and enables colleagues to fulfil and reach potential in their role, meeting individual and business needs.

Our Below Wing Trainers specialise in training a variety of courses to our colleagues both in the UK and overseas, performing a broad scope of operational roles in the below wing operation. It is essential that you have a background in and recent experience working in these areas.

In addition to this specialism, the role may also require delivery across the wider GLA function including leadership & management development, policy and corporate training.

**This a full time, uniformed position that will require the job holder to work a flexible shift pattern covering 7 days a week**
