The Role: Creative Tech & Operations Manager (12-Month Fixed Term)
Join our innovative Brand and Marketing team at British Airways as a Creative Tech & Operations Manager, where you’ll play a crucial role in optimising our Creative Studio’s technology infrastructure. This 12-month fixed-term role offers the opportunity to drive seamless workflows, robust asset management, and scalable production solutions to support BA’s evolving creative landscape.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the business owner and administrator overseeing platforms and solutions like Adobe Workfront, Assets, Creative Cloud, and Frame.io ensuring seamless operations.
- Lead performance analysis of existing tools and propose actions to enhance efficiency and maximise value across the business.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and common processes across the Creative Studio’s entire tech stack.
- Work closely with the Digital Asset Manager to define and embed BA’s evolving digital asset lifecycle and supply chain.
- Champion next-generation tech solutions, including AI-driven content personalisation and scalable production workflows.
- Oversee annual licensing requirements and associated costs in collaboration with the Creative Studio Manager.
- Provide technical training and onboarding support to enhance the team’s capability with new software and tools.
What You’ll Bring to British Airways:
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A collaborative mindset, building relationships with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, always looking for ways to improve efficiency.
- A passion for creative technology, with a deep understanding of digital asset management and production workflows.
Your Experience:
- Proven experience in portfolio and project management, using tools such as Adobe Workfront, Excel, and Word.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Previous experience working within an in-house creative team is preferable.
