The role: Business Systems Associate
We are looking for a Business Systems Associate to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across all areas of the BA Cityflyer and BA Euroflyer, supporting flight and cabin crew, operational teams, engineering, and office colleagues with a wide range of IT support and development.
What you’ll do:
- Act as a point of contact for IT support, from troubleshooting hardware and software issues to onboarding new users.
- Support and develop tools in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 to automate processes, improve collaboration, and drive efficiencies.
- Provide system administration and support for our operational/training records/eLearning systems
- Manage IT assets, including maintaining the asset list, ordering and installing new hardware and providing training/guidance to our colleagues.
- Assist the EFB Administrator with hardware and software support.
What you’ll bring to BA Cityflyer:
You'll need a proactive mindset and a keen interest in technology, with a desire to work across a broad spectrum of IT tools and platforms in a dynamic industry.
Your experience:
- Equivalent qualification OR experience in IT/ Aviation / Technology (essential)
- Experience of training and supporting others in IT / Technical (desirable
- Experience of providing system administration / support (desirable)
- Experience of building workflows (desirable)
- Knowledge of IT Network and Infrastructure (essential)
- Awareness of the cyber regulations (CAP1850) (desirable)
