Global Contact Centre
We look after members of our Executive Club, our most loyal customers, taking inbound calls, answering queries and changing customer bookings. Each year, we support nearly 1 million phone call conversations with customers, and over 24,000 emails from our premium customers.
During this placement you will shadow a variety of departments including Fares, Group Sales and the Executive Club, and insights into how we deliver outstanding service to our customers.
