CityFlyer is part of the British Airways family.

Each day we serve 10,000 customers and have over 600 staff who are part of the operation. We mainly operate shorthaul domestic and European flights from our base at London City Airport, as well as a dedicated business route to New York.

In this placement, you will get the opportunity to rotate around the different operational areas of London City Airport. Spending time with our cabin crew, flight crew and engineering teams, you’ll get to experience the different parts of the customer journey and how everyone comes together to deliver an outstanding service.
