Currently, British Airways has an exciting opportunity for an Aviation Ground Safety and Security Manager, with strong Ramp Operations experience and knowledge to join the World Wide Airports Safety and Security Team. 

This position will be based at NEW YORK, JFK.

We’re looking for an exceptional Safety Professional to join the World Wide Airports Safety & Security Team, providing Operational Safety & Security oversight, and support, to colleagues and Management teams. Based New York JFK Airport, responsible for a portfolio of Airports, you will be a key member of the Safety & Security Team. 

The ideal candidate will be:
• Engaging, innovative and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, possessing a full understanding of Airport Operations and Safety and Security policy and regulation.
• A skilled and precise communicator with the confidence to make decisions against a challenging operational backdrop ensuring safety and security policies are adhered to.
• Resilient, with excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills to enable the successful delivery of safety and security performance across World Wide Airports.
