About the role
This exciting role is full-time, following various shift patterns. Your customers will be worldwide and as the voice of British Airways you will be taking inbound calls, answering queries and changing customer’s bookings. Every call is different and you will encounter a real variety of customer situations meaning that each day brings something new.

What we are offering

·Basic reward package £16,762 (rising to £17,600 after 12 months), plus an achievable monthly performance related incentive reward
·Shift payment premiums paid monthly.
·A comprehensive six week training programme to make sure you are fully trained to deal with the variety of customer situations
·32 days holidays (this total includes the Bank Holidays’ allowance) allowing you to take advantage of the significant flight and holiday discounts you will benefit from
· The Contact Centre operates 365 days a year between 0730 to 2200 hours. Working patterns consist of 7.5 paid hours a day, 5 days a week, Monday-Sunday
