A great opportunity exists to join British Airways on the frontline at one of our most commercially important airports. As Customer Service Duty Manager in Istanbul you will be responsible for managing our operations, adapting to changes to deliver the highest customer service standards whilst ensuring compliance with BA’s safety, security and internal control requirements. Along with the Airport/Customer Service Manager, you will manage our suppliers and liaise with major stakeholders such as the airport authority, government agencies and commercial teams.
The successful candidate should be highly self-motivated with a passion for delivering customer service. You should be a strong leader with great influencing, networking and operational skills – comfortable to deliver when working as part of a team and on your own. You’ll also have the ability to work under pressure in a complex operating environment and to tight deadlines. With a positive and proactive approach, you would be able to deliver and go the extra mile.
Airports never sleep, so please be aware that you will be required to work on a shift basis and may be called upon outside of your normal working pattern in the event of disruption.
