We are looking for an experienced Resourcing/ Talent Onboarder to join British Airways on a 12-month FTC, working flexibly across a range of HR & Resourcing Administrative tasks, delivering to a high standard, to agreed processes and controls and providing excellent levels of Customer Service. As an Onboarder, you will be responsible for supporting two Talent Partners to successfully recruit and onboard executive hires within our Technology teams. We are looking for someone who is process orientated and motivated towards, and focused, on achieving individual, departmental and team SLA targets and delivering goals and objectives.

You will be responsible for all administrative recruitment tasks relating to the hires of our Technology talent, and utilising your intermediate Excel skills you will be required to lead the management reporting to include campaign tracking, cost per hire, and agency spend.

Duties will include –

  • Managing all stages of offers, contracts, referencing
  • Arranging interviews and ensuring candidates are kept updated with the progress of their application
  • Assisting in the coordination and completion of Security Interviews, Criminal Records Checks, Overseas Criminal Record Checks and Enhanced Criminal Records Checks as required by BA Policy.
  • Ensuring that information is stored and processed in line with Company and legal requirements e.g. GDPR, ICFR controls
  • Candidate and system administration, and diary management

If you are an experienced administrator with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, and have experience of working to standard operating procedures and collaborating with 3rd party suppliers then this could be the role for you!
