INSERT ROLE INFORMATION
If you enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic and agile environment, we have an exciting opportunity in the Transformation team to lead and contribute to the successful delivery of BA's key strategic projects. As a PMO Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting delivery of the BA Roadmap (portfolio and/or specific programmes within it) and our programme/project delivery community, including designing, developing and implementing processes and reporting from a project and portfolio management (PPM) tool.
The role will see you engaging and leading a broad set of stakeholders across the business at all levels of the organisation (individuals and teams) working collaboratively to drive results in a complex environment, finding innovative and creative solutions to ultimately deliver the project's vision and associated benefits.
Your proven leadership and communication skills are going to be essential in this role, as well as the ability to think both strategically but equally comfortable managing more detailed delivery plans.
