In this dynamic role you will be working with departments across BA, Ops and Heathrow to assess both short- and long-term operational changes and ensure that the Heathrow operation is ready to deliver. You will project manage the implementation of change plans – representing the Heathrow directorate to senior stakeholders including Heathrow Leadership Team and colleagues across operations.
