It’s an exciting time to be at British Airways. We’re celebrating our centenary year throughout 2019 - and making an unprecedented investment in new aircraft and every aspect of the customer experience.
On Business is our corporate product traditionally aimed at SMEs (Small Medium Enterprises), however we have many large global businesses utilising its benefits . The programme is used by more than 40,000 of our Corporate customers across British Airways and our partners.
We recognise an opportunity to drive significant revenue growth by investing in this programme, and are establishing a new and upweighted team to deliver this. This involves implementation of a proposition enhancement strategy, alongside the running and enhancement of the operation that is central to the user experience of 40,000 accounts. We need to improve understanding, user experience, and perceived/actual value of the proposition. We need to successfully influence company decision makers, travellers at the point of purchase, and our agency partners who channel the majority of bookings, as well as providing a compelling direct proposition.
Responsible for identifying, defining and creating new propositions that appeal to the different customer segments and decision makers within On Business, and reviewing and optimising existing propositions, to drive improvement in customer satisfaction and commercial performance. Leads delivery of propositions from strategy to live operation.
