This is an exciting opportunity within Global Customer Engagement, to join the Global Customer Strategy and Communications Team.
You'll define and deliver best in class direct customer communications for our Executive Club - creating engaging, differentiated, personalised and joined up interactions for our members. Your solid CRM and communications experience will help us actively manage our valuable customer base, driving growth and retention.
You will be comfortable with using data and insight to inform and optimise your activities. You’ll also have experience working collaboratively with stakeholders across large organisations, as you'll provide customer communications support for key business initiatives.
