As Lead Learning & Development Executive, you'll be responsible for sourcing and developing engaging learning offerings for our new Digital Skills Academy, increasing digital fluency across the airline.
Working with stakeholders across the business, you'll partner with them to understand business training needs and find solutions to gather feedback on the learning experience to reveal insights. Experience with digital learning solutions & technologies and knowledge of the principles of learning are required.
Having the ability to work with ambiguity is a must in this high profile role.
