The Inflight Service Standards Technical Writer is responsible for the design, development and production of all Inflight Product manuals and standards to meet target audiences and ensure these are communicated in a timely manner. You will compose clear and coherent technical information, write instruction manuals with relevant photography, and maintain a database with updated references. You will liaise with key stakeholders to develop and deliver the connected service experience through digital platforms.
You will need to have the:-
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver tasks to agreed timescales
- Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Experience working with projects to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams
