Purpose of the role

• As a leader in a dynamic and challenging industry, the IAG Corporate Finance team is responsible for the Group’s long-term financial planning, capital structure and financing strategy, including the origination, negotiation and execution of the Group’s and its Operating Companies’ funding and liquidity position, and ensuring the optimal capital structure that meet the Group’s financial objectives.
• In this dynamic role, the jobholder will provide critical financial analysis that shapes and drives strategic decision making, manage a range of different funding transactions and act as the Groups point of contact for external counterparties.
