At a time where agility, transformation and change are key in developing excellent customer service, this role supports the development and delivery of the People strategy, by working in conjunction with Group IT and key People department stakeholders to ensure that the HR Systems provision meets the needs of the business.
With extensive HR systems understanding and a good working knowledge of self-service channels, you will be an expert in SAP SuccessFactors able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder influencing skills in order to educate our internal customers, driving culture change to enable self-service and a digital mindset across the airline.
Proven in delivering direction and leadership, it will be key in this role to work collaboratively to motivate, coach and develop direct reports to deliver successfully against the strategy, whilst effectively managing our external suppliers and service providers.
