At a time where agility, transformation and change are key in developing excellent customer service, this role supports the development and delivery of the People strategy, by working in conjunction with Group IT and key People department stakeholders to ensure that the HR Systems provision meets the needs of the business.
With extensive HR systems understanding and a good working knowledge of self-service channels, you will play a key functional consultant role within the BA SuccessFactors implementation project throughout the project life-cycle ensuring that the best possible system is implemented.
Strong communication skills will be essential to this role, enabling you to explain complex issues clearly and at the right level for the audience, whilst facilitating delivery of continuous improvement and acting as a champion of process improvement through the understanding and application of process improvement tools and methodology.
