The role:
Contributing to the successful development and delivery of global reward processes, administration, and projects. You will be supporting reward initiatives, reviewing and updating new and existing processes and communications.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the delivery of reward activities for the UK and overseas countries including implementation of Reward strategy / projects when required.
- Be part of a core team involved in the end to end annual pay review processes including, collation, analysing and reporting of data as well as key Reward projects.
- Undertake Reward trend analysis, identify themes and report back to Reward Managers.
- Accountable for all job evaluation activities including training of committee members to ensure required standards, consistency and compliance across the business and providing People Business Partners with guidance and support
- Keep up to date on external Reward factors such as legislative changes and consider making proactive recommendations to Reward Managers

Your experience:
- Experience of supporting reward processes
- Excellent data analysis skills with advanced excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work to tight timescales
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage and organise projects
