An exciting opportunity to support our operational teams has arisen within British Airways, London Heathrow.

We are looking for a passionate ‘Development Implementation Manager’ who will be accountable for internal recruitment, developing career pathways, improving the onboarding journey and much more.

You will join a small, people centric team, empowered to identify and implement initiatives that improve the colleague experience in line with the British Airways’ People and Operations strategy.

This is a pivotal role, supporting our biggest asset (our people), providing people managers will the frameworks and support they need to enable them to ensure that their teams fulfil their potential.

With the scope of this role impacting around 5000 colleagues, it’s a demanding yet highly rewarding opportunity.

You will need to be excellent at stakeholder management, highly flexible and innovative in your thought processes. Your motivation to inspire and develop others alongside your ability to understand and navigate the challenges of working within an operational environment with be key to success.
