This is an exciting opportunity within Global Customer Engagement, to join the Global Customer Strategy and Communications Team on an 18 month Secondment (internal) or Fixed Term Contract (external).
Working as part of the CRM Transformation Project, you’ll define and deliver best in class communications, creating differentiated, personalised and joined up interactions for our customers.
Your solid CRM and communications experience will be coupled with having had direct exposure to Salesforce, enabling you to support your fellow marketers on our transformation journey.
You’ll be comfortable with using data and insight to inform and optimise your activities. You’ll also have experience working collaboratively with stakeholders across large organisations, ideally driving change and transformation.
