Hands up if you’re hands on
Start date: From January 2019
Working as a Cargo Handling Agent for IAG Cargo, no two hours are the same – let alone two days. Build and break freight using the necessary freight handling systems, allocation devices and other equipment. You’ll receive, inspect and dispatch freight, completing documentation and maintaining records on our systems.
Physically fit and capable of repeated heavy lifting, resilient in the face of difficulty and always thinking constructively to find solutions. Working early, late or night shifts covering 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, you’ll be proactive and flexible in supporting your team to accomplish tasks.
A responsible attitude to safety in a busy industrial environment, excellent communication skills and a good standard of written and spoken English.
Discounted worldwide travel, childcare vouchers, discounts on many brand names and membership to BA clubs and onsite gyms, as well as subsidised food and drink, dental treatment and access to a free, confidential 24-hour advice helpline.
