Job Description
Scope – Provide front-line customer liaison to support IAGC business activities, manage flight capacity planning in the region, ensure set performance are achieved, manage suppliers. |
Accountabilities •ensure 100% compliance throughout area with all corporate and regulatory rules and regulations •support implementation of customer service strategies, plans and processes to develop and support business •manage ULD stocks within the area •work closely with German Reservations and Commercial teams •monitor and manage local performance through use of all available reporting tools, support CSM and ACSM •ensure compliance with self-auditing and supplier management process •develop strong and lasting working relationships with key service providers •maintain an excellent work relation with Cargo Headquarters and other departments •flexibility for temporarily extended duties through projects and support functions within Central Europe. Leave coverage for CSM when required •manage local claims process for Germany •manage the flight, freighter and truck planning for Germany in accordance with OBPL, optimising capacity where possible. Pro-actively seek updates from customers for allocation bookings •check manifests and upkeep Export flight files •Track and Trace -pro-actively and re-actively manage both Import and Export irregularities, manage recovery process, including communication with internal and external customers and suppliers Please note that all candidates should have the right to work in Germany.
