Gatwick Ground Services (GGS), are the ground handling agent for British Airways, Vueling and the new BA Euroflyer airline and we’re recruiting for new people to come and join our GGS team.
We are looking to recruit a Planning and Payroll Administrator, initially on a fixed-term contract of 6-months. In this role you'll be supporting the People & Planning Manager with the resource planning for the station, ensuring planning is delivered within agreed timescales and in line with GGS standards.
You'll be responsible for providing robust and accurate plans and rosters to the station management team, accountable for ensuring that the rosters and manpower are aligned to the known operating schedules and that service standards are consistently met by the station.
You'll collate monthly variable pay figures, manage sickness records, and general payroll updates, providing the data to Pay Services for processing within timelines provided.
