Programme highlights
Imagine managing a group of 75 Cabin Crew, or escorting the media on overseas trips as a PR Manager. Picture yourself delivering key parts of our business plan to impact on the bottom line. How about delivering major change projects to transform the customer experience at Heathrow? Or even influencing the investment in, and planning of, our fleet? There are so many ways you could help us progress as a business on this programme.
Over the course of three years you will enjoy hands-on learning and responsibility through a series of placements. During Year 1, you will develop a deep understanding of us and the airline industry, while beginning your leadership development. We’ll set challenges that embed your learning, and also highlight areas of improvement to address.
In Year 2, your responsibility, exposure and autonomy will grow. You’ll learn how to make the most of your specific, individual talents – the unique things you bring to the business. In Year 3, your development will focus on sharpening your strategic thinking, and ensuring you’re ready to transition into the business. There will be opportunities to reflect on your strengths, individual needs and prospective career pathways.

What our people say
